  • WONG, Mylthie

    Wong graduated from the music departments of HKU and HKBU with a Bachelor’s (Hons) Degree and a Master’s Degree in Music, majoring in choral conducting, piano performance and pedagogy. She holds a Diploma in piano performance, a Diploma in teaching and a Grade 8 in vocal singing from ABRSM. Wong is enthusiastic in children music education. She received training in Kodaly method as well as in Orff method. She is currently a member of the choir of Opera Hong Kong, the Opera Society of Hong Kong and Gloves Handbell. She participated in various music activities including opera performances and international handbell conferences. She has also appeared as guest performer in various shows.

  • HUI, Cheryl

    Hui obtained an MA in Music and BA(Hons) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the University of Hong Kong respectively. She studies percussion with Mr James Boznos, principal timpanist of Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra. She also studies composition with Dr Joshua Chan. As an active musician, Hui worked with Hong Kong New Music Ensemble, SAR Philharmonic Orchestra and renowned cellist, Trey Lee. Apart from that, Hui’s compositions have been broadcasted in Germany and premiered at Thailand Cultural Centre. Hui has collaborated closely with primary and secondary schools as commissioned composer and arranger, percussion band conductor and tutor.

  • LUI Shuk-yee

    Lui started her piano lesson at 6 and joined the school percussion marching band in secondary school followed Mr Raymond Leung and Ms Sophia Woo. She graduated from CUHK Music Faculty majoring in Western Percussion, followed Dr Lung Heung Wing and Mr Bruce Berg. She is a member of CU Orchestra, Chung Chi Choir and Island Sun Drum, playing Samba and African drum in various music shows. Lui is active on piano, theory and percussion teaching with students from ages 4 to adult. Besides she also organizes African drum ensemble, conducts and composes for school percussion band. Her students join the Royal School of Music examinations and School Music Festival every year with outstanding result.

  • LAU Pok-man

    Lau graduated from HKIEd. He has been studying drums and percussions since thirteen. His teachers were Mr Choy Lap-tak and Ms Margie Tong. He has performed in a wide range of performances ranging from the symphonic band to rock band groups since he was a college student. He furthered his studies in music and pedagogy at HKIEd. After graduation, he participated actively in different wind bands and orchestras, taking the percussionist position. He has performed in the Hong Kong Performers Winds, Hong Kong Wind Philharmonia and SAR Philharmonic. He is experienced in education and is presently teaching percussions and jazz drum at primary and secondary schools.
